Yes, we are planning for a fireplace or stove nicely placed in the first floor livingroom. Glad to get ideas about pellets or other good ways to be rustic and smart and warm.
Primary heating functions will probably be done with radiant floor coils which are very efficient. I will have to check whether they will be as effective for us-- part time users-- as opposed to full time winter dwellers. Does anybody have an idea about this? Dad
